Comm from the University of British Columbia.

Prior to leading science and technology efforts at Lobe Sciences Ltd., Dariani was President of Focus Pharmaceuticals, Inc., where he managed the development and approval of drug products, achieving FDA approval and clinical evaluation staging. He then successfully negotiated the sale of Focus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in February 2003.

Dr. Williams has had a long history as a senior executive with extensive healthcare expertise that includes the management and operations of large-scale national clinics and hospitals. His healthcare experience began as a Healthcare Manager of the Pacific Northwest Healthcare Consulting Division of Arthur Andersen. He subsequently was Chief Clinical Officer for multiple For Profit and Non-For Profit Healthcare companies from 2000-2018 where he was responsible for as many as 25 hospitals in 13 states.
He was subsequently hired as the Managing Director for the Nashville Healthcare Consulting practice at BDO, USA and was also named Chief Physician Executive for the firm nationally and served in that role until July of 2022. He then became President of HW Healthcare Solutions, LLC, a multifaceted boutique healthcare consulting firm focused on healthcare solutions. He now serves as Chief Executive Officer for Altemia, Inc., which specializes in the treatment of Sickle Cell Disease.
He holds a Doctor of Medicine degree from Boston Univeristy School of Medicine, a Master’s of Business Administration from the University of Washington, and a Master’s in Public Health from Harvard University. He currently resides in Nashville, Tennessee with his wife of 33 years.

Ilan Hayman

llan has played a pivotal role in the General Management of healthcare businesses including a private
cosmetic surgery chain and the commercialization of a breakthrough skincare line. He successfully led the
development of these products from concept to product commercialization. Most recently, Ilan oversaw a
group of national medical centers. His career in operations management was triggered by his valuable
experience as part of the Risk and Controls Solutions practice at Pricewaterhouse Coopers (PwC).
Specifically, llan's passion is assisting the medical fraternity in their practice management and business
administration functions. llan's ambition is to work in a role that utilizes his analysis expertise that's enriched by his exposure to the commercial side of business. Ilan has a passion for assisting community organizations and sits on several boards of not-for-profit organizations. He also holds Bronze and Silver Duke of Edinburgh awards and brings along a unique set or community and industry related experiences.
